Is Your Church Considering a New Building Project?
When it comes to financing a building project, purchasing land, or some other church related project, there are multiple lending options for a church to consider these days. The Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma has been making loans to Southern Baptist churches since 1953 and we are familiar with church life. We want Oklahoma churches to get a great interest rate and terms for their land and construction loans. In most cases, the interest rate will be lower than can be obtained through other lending sources. Perhaps the most important aspect of taking out a loan with the Foundation is that all interest paid is distributed primarily to Oklahoma Southern Baptist ministries--ministries that change lives.
