Church Building Loan Term Investment Funds

On November 1, 2010, the Foundation replaced its Church Building Loan fund with a new investment fund structure. On that date, CBL Term Investments will become an investment option within our Church Funds Management program and will offer six distinct term investments: a One Month Term Investment Fund, a Three Month Fund, a Six Month Term Investment Fund, a Nine Month Fund, a One Year Term Investment Fund, and a Two Year Term Investment Fund.

Each term investment will have stated terms and interest rates. Investors will be able to make an investment in one or a combination of all four term investments. We believe this new format provides for more investment options and greater flexibility for investors.

The Church Funds Management Investment Allocation Form allows you to make this allocation as well as to choose from our Market Investment Funds. Also, a new Church Funds Management Master Agreement will need to be completed that covers all of the organization's Church Funds Management accounts.
