All Interest Paid is Distributed to Kingdom Causes

Interest paid on loans through the Foundation is distributed to more than 300 Baptist and charitable causes every year.  In a typical year, in excess of $3 million is earned from Church Building Loans and helps various organizations across the State of Oklahoma and around the world.

Competetive Interest Rates and Terms

Even though the interest paid being distributed to Kingdom causes is a significant benefit, we want churches to get a great interest rate and loan terms, as well.  In most cases the interest rate will be lower than can be obtained through other lending sources.  Check out the interest rate page and see for yourself.

Low Closing Costs

The only closing costs associated with a Church Building Loan are:  an Orgination Fee which helps offset some of the costs of the program, Mortgage Title Insurance and a Mortgage Filing Fee.  NO APPRAISALS OR SURVEYS ARE REQUIRED  and THERE ARE NO PREPAYMENT PENALTIES!!
